Loma Linda University International Heart Institute

This place is disgusting. My grandmother had a heart operation here and when I came to pick her up this is what her room looked like. I had to make a verbal complaint for them to send someone to clean the room that she shared with two other people.

Get billing wrong, cancel physical therapy appointments claiming that the PT isn't available when they are (it's just that the girls don't coordinate with each other so multiple patients get booked for the same slots), physician assitants don't respond to requests such as sending out physical therapy referral in a timely manner. They're unprofessional, slow and disorganized and doctor I've seen was argumentative and didn't help me at all. I had to get a second opinion.

I would like to give Dr. Bansal and his nurse Stephanie the highest compliments. Dr. Bansal is an excellent doctor, he cares about his patients, very compassionate. His nurse Stephanie is also a caring, helpful and thorough nurse. Whatever I ask of her she is right on top of it. I must say they both deserve a raise. I am very pleased to have both of them on my team to ensure that my health is their priority. Thank you both.

Dr. Mula and Dr. Bailey saved my son's life! Always wait a long time, but my philosophy is if you don't wait for a cardiologist, they aren't good. I would wait 4 hours if that's what it took to be seen by the best cardiologists there are!

Cannot say enough great things about Loma Linda Med Center and their amazing doctors and staff. The Heart Institute is located in the Schuman Pavilion Ste. SP-1617 (Google has it pinned wrong on their map) My Dad was treated by Dr. Danish Siddiqui and I see Dr. Liset Stoletniy. Both are excellent doctors and I highly recommend them. I feel Dr Stoletniy is a bit more attentive however, that could be just the timing of their caseloads. I have never had to wait more than 15 minutes for my appointments which I find remarkable in a facility as large as Loma Linda.
