I have been bringing my father here for at least the last five years, always willing to give them the benefit of the doubt, assuming that the staff's rudeness was due to their high volume of clients. However, when my dad needed urgent assistance from his doctor for a serious issue, not only were we mistreated by the staff, but when I finally got the doctor on the phone, he was also very rude and impatient. He even hung up on us in the middle of our conversation. I gave 2 stars instead of 1 because of few positive interactions. We changed doctors.

I'm skeptical when it Comes to Doctor's but this Guy is Very Good. He listens and explains things. Won't push you to Vax and will give you a chance to heal naturally if you can before prescription. I changed Insurancefrom Kaiser and came back to Eric Saying that. I've had 2 bad experiences with the Same Nurse. 1st time she bruised my arm taking Blood Pressure. Wrapping it too Tight This time Taking Blood. Im badly Bruised. ( see pictire)
