In 2009 he moved to San Francisco where he completed his US residency, masters in public health and a cardiology fellowship. He has an interest in preventative cardiology, cardiac imaging and valvular heart disease. Dr Ancock is a very dedicated and compassionate physician, and believes in putting his patients first. Dr Ancock is married with 2 young children, he enjoys squash and watching the English premier league.

Dr. Ancock is fantastic cardiologist. He is very friendly, warm and professional. There is always time for questions. Both he and his medical assistants get a thorough history of current and past conditions. He is extremely knowledgeable and is on top of the latest developments in the field. The office staff are excellent too. Always welcoming and helpful with managing appointments, labs and procedure scheduling. I highly recommend Marin Cardiology.
Dr. Benedict Ancock is a very thorough, knowledgeable and detail oriented cardiologist. He never fails to ask if I have questions or concerns. He even suggested to bring my son on my next appointment to get some details, information and answers to my son's inquiry. My son, Philip was also impressed. Additionally, Dr. Ancock is friendly and easy to talk to.
Dr Ancock is a total pleasure to work with. He is acutely knowledgeable, a good listener, and humorous on top of all this. He really knows all my various issues with other doctors and gets right in step with his input. Couldn't rate him any higher.

Dr Ancock is great but his back and front offices are the single most incompetent customer service experience I have ever encountered. This is not exaggeration; I am writing this in the hopes that a sr executive within Marin Health will read it and make changes.
