Was referred here by my not so good PCP. The front desk staff is literally the rudest set of girls I've ever had the headache of dealing with. Rawal is a scammer, his specialist Eubany confirmed when she read my reports and saw nothing he stated he saw. Rawal then proceeded to charge my insurance 4000$+ and still demands more money for a heart problem i never had. Stay far away from this common doctor scammer and his out of pocket rude front desk scammers.

Terrible. Made an appointment through Zocdoc and my appointment was confirmed. Called the day before to make sure and the lady said "oh he's out tomorrow" I asked when the next available appointment was and she said "I'm not sure" I asked "who am I speaking with is this not scheduling" she said she works at the front desk. She advised that I make another appointment through Zocdoc but I asked what level of confidence there is with that since I made my initial appointment through ZocDoc that was confirmed but they failed to notify me that the doctor would not be available that day. Her response was "I don't know what to tell you." I don't know who you are but your level of unprofessionalism was honestly surprising. I can see now that all the reviews about this Dr are probably true and I certainly won't be trusting this place with my care. What is surprising to me is that if I were to not show up or cancel, they would charge me a considerable cancellation fee but had I actually shown up tomorrow and that's when they told me he was unavailable, I can't charge them a fee. Certainly reporting this to ZocDoc and my insurance company.

Don't believe the Zoc Doc reviews. They incentivize their patients to leave them 5 stars. Truly the worst doctor experience I've had in LA. The staff cackles like hyenas and play practical jokes on eachother while performing serious procedures. More like a group of teenagers than a professional setting. After my initial appointment and exam I called the office 5 times. Week after week. They were supposed to send me records, reports, and the doctor promised he would call. I am not a special case. I did not ask for anything extraordinary. This was just a standard check up and they couldn't even give me the courtesy of doing that right. This is the first one star review I've ever left but the audacity of this Doctors Office truly deserves it. They told me I should come in to resolve my issues. I'd rather spend eternity in hell then come visit the Doctors Office one more time. Doctor is rude, cold and short. Had to wait an hour in the office while sitting in a totally empty waiting room. Go elsewhere

Great Doctor- he's very thorough and excellent.

The ultrasound room was freezing cold, 2-3 big vents were running to full potential, temperature was way too less in that room. Made me stay there shirtless for 20 mins in the freezing cold to do ultrasound. After multiple requests to increase the temperature in the room, staff didn't care. I have been given the lame reason that temperature is controlled by Building. If that's the case then how come rest of the office has comfortable temperature? Does the building setting up a different temperature in one room out of the whole office? Got Headache, Sore throat and feverish after that ultrasound visit. Please do not torture patients with this freezing cold for no reason. Worst ultrasound experience ever.
