I saw Mimi for the first time and she was very up-to-date on my case. I was very happy and relaxed that she knew so much and explained our next steps thoroughly and knowledgeably. I've been with PCA for a long time, so my past caseload was extensive. I was very impressed with her knowing so much and caring about my steps moving forward. I have been looking for a while for a knowledgeable cardiovascular physician. Finally I was blessed with Dr. George Tadros. My appointment was yesterday, I am so grateful to Dr. Tadros. He answered all my questions, he addressed all my concerns. Dr. Tadros is extremely knowledgeable, very professional and his staff is extremely courteous. Ir was a great experience I really appreciated that Dr. Carbonates was so straight forward and told me what he thought without worries and what he expected. I would really like him to be my primary but I know he can't. I really wish there were more doctors like him.!
Dr. Van is very reassuring and very thorough Doctor. He takes the time to listen to me and my concerns; he then explains clearly what he sees and puts his diagnoses/prognosis in a way that I can understand as a patient. I came into his office very nervous about my pulse rate and he was very reassuring and went ahead and did some tests just to have an abundance of caution... this is my second time seeing him and he assures me I'll be fine! I have seen Dr Konugres at my previous visits and he has always taken the necessary time to explain my treatment plan and answer all my questions. At this visit I was seen by FNP Mimi Takagawa. She is also very thorough and I never felt rushed. She reviewed my previous records and addressed all my questions and concerns. The entire medical and office staff are also pleasant and helpful. Overall, I am very satisfied with my treatment at this clinic and I would highly recommend PCA.
