Nathaniel Ho, M.D.

I am a reoccurring patient of Dr. Ho. I made an appointment scheduled for March 2024 around 6 months ago after I visited him. I received a call from the front office receptionist (who was extremely rude) today, who told me Dr. Ho would be on vacation during my appointment and that I needed to reschedule. She said the earliest appointment was now in May 2024. I asked if there was anything earlier (hoping they would prioritize the canceled patients due to his vacation), and she said, "No. Do you want May, or will call back to book another date/time?" And kept saying that he was booked until then. Having worked in the medical field myself, I have never seen something so unprofessional. She was trying to rush over the phone call and would not give me a chance to compile my thoughts. Please save yourself your time and money and go somewhere else!

Dr. Nathaniel Ho is an excellent, very caring, patient & always professional physician. I highly recommend him to everyone, he is always up to date with latest news, updates & information on preventive, education & new innovation, overall care & treatment for Kidney diseases I always feel very comfortable, happy & satisfied when discussing my blood laboratory reports & my Kidney function update, treatments every 3 to 4 months for my Visit. I would be very glad to talk to anyone regarding Dr. Ho & his Staff professionalism & recommendation, I also advocate for NKF & overall care is very important to me & to all patients, thank you

I have been seeing Dr. Ho for approximately 10 years or more. He is very competent, takes his time with you to explain the results of your tests and any questions you may have about your tests/condition. He is caring and obviously very dedicated. I trust him with my life literally.

Dr. Ho's office was very helpful and prompt in responding. After a brief conversation with the doctor by Zoom, he gave me an appointment for the same week instead of waiting another 2 weeks for my regular appointment. I appreciate the response and caring for my health Norman Harris

Dr. Ho was so informative and thorough qhen seeing my father for the first time. My dad has stage 4 kidney disease. He has been not feeling well for quite some time. Afyer seeing Dr. Ho his whole attitude changed for the better. My father has been to 3 orher doctors since covid who did not seem to have any answers that were the least bit encouraging for my dad. Im so happy he was referred to us when the last one left his insurance group. Thank you Dr. Ho for your expertise and encouragement you have bestowed with my father. He seems to be much better after his visit with you.
