Azul Vision Laguna Hills

I had an outstanding experience at Azul Vision in Laguna Hills with Dr. Claudia Montana-Collins, O.D., FAAO. From the moment I met her, she radiated warmth, kindness, and genuine care. She took her time throughout my exam, never making me feel rushed, and truly listened to every question and concern I had. Her positivity and attentiveness made the entire experience feel personal and comforting. Dr. Montana-Collins went above and beyond to ensure I understood every detail of my exam and left feeling confident and cared for. It's rare to find a doctor who combines such professionalism with such a kind and compassionate approach, she is truly exceptional and a wonderful reflection of the Azul Vision team

Dr. Collins was exceptionally thorough & communicated so much more information about what she saw during my exam and go so far as giving me some preventative measures i can do now to keep my eyes healthy and strong, that NO OTHER Dr. has ever shared before. I was soooooo impressed with her office and friendly staff and the efficiency of the office without feeling rushed in and out at all. She was the BEST eye Dr. that I have ever seen in the 40 yrs I have been getting eye exams. I highly recommend Azul Vision in Laguna Hills and Dr. Claudia Collins.

A doctor is good. And to be trustful but a nurse female young "Shan". Is so rude and dangerous behavior. Violently put the eye drop in the eyes and way of talking like jerk. Around 2:20pm 11/19/2025. She looked like mad at me. Very violent and mean. Not qualified nurse dealing sensitive eyes. Never seen like this nurse

I am giving it a one star because that's the only way to leave review. this place has the worst service. I've been trying to schedule a surgical appointment for my son who is 8 yrs old. I've been trying to contact the coordinator who is in charge of scheduling appointments. i've left emails voicemails II've tried calling the front office and no one seems to be able to help or help schedule an appointment for my son. It's really frustrating & disappointing no one should have to go through this to just schedule an appointment !! I am calling my insurance provider to find him a new office

Absolutely wonderful experience! The clinic was spotless and well-organized. The doctor's assistant carefully and thoroughly took the initial images. Dr. Claudia Montana-Collins was incredibly patient and explained everything about my Dad condition in detail. Highly recommend!
