Werner Gonzalez Family Practice

I recently scheduled an appointment with Dr. Edith Gonzalez. I am accustomed that when I call other doctors offices I receive poor service. That is not the case with this office. Laura the nurse at the front desk was so pleasant, professional and attentive. I had not experienced that in such a long time at a doctors office. Dr. Gonzalez is a great doctor she took the time to answer all my questions and did a thorough physical. Overall this office has an amazing staff. I totally recommend Werner Gonzalez family Practice.

Dr. Edith Gonzalez is the best doctor I've ever had. She adjusted my medications and I have the best quality of life than I've had in over 20 years. She genuinely cares. Anyone who complains about her must only want pills and not a caring doctor who wants the best for their health.

Dr. Edith Werner Gonzalez is the best Doctor my mon ever had. We moved to La Quinta in 2005 and Dr. Gonzalez took excellent good care of my Mom for 15 years. My mom went home to be with her Creator this past December she was 96 years old. If it was not for Dr. Gonzalez's expertise, compassion and professionalism I would have not been able to take care of my mom's health wellness needs all these years. I recently took my daughter and son for a physical. The office was very nice and the receptionist Maria was very nice. Once my kids were taken in the room, the medical assistant was so nice as well. Dr Gonzalez took her time to address all my questions and concerns. Both my kids felt very comfortable with Dr Gonzalez.

In March of 2017 My girlfriend was having stomach pain. I finally persuaded her to see a doctor. This doctor was close and took her insurance. They did a few tests and a couple of ultra sounds. We kept going back for 6 months trying to get help as she was not getting any help. This doctor was more concerned about billable visits than helping find out what was wrong. Finally in August 2017 I went with to get the results of tests they had ordered. The physician assistant met with us and told her to change her diet. She had not even looked at the test results. When I confronted them about substandard level of care, we were thrown out and told to find another doctor. That's what we did. It took till September 2017 to see another doctor. Immediately that doctor scheduled scheduled a surgery to remove her gallbladder. During that surgery, they found tumors in her liver that were cancerous. It had spread from her colon. She had Stage 4 Colon Cancer. This doctor and Physician's Assistant need to be investigated. Stage 4 Colon cancer and the best this whole office could do was tell her to change her diet! Do not put your lives and the lives of your loved ones at risk by trusting these quacks!
