Have been taking my mother to his practice for quit some time now and everything has been great. With that being said, our last appointment with him at his practice was very inconvenient and unprofessional. We had a appointment scheduled at 10 am, and waited until 11:30 am and the doctor had not arrived yet!! Every time we asked the receptionists and his staff they did not know what was going on and repeatedly told us that he does not respond back to their calls and texts and so they also did not know where Dr. Kotha was. I was very upset and what happened is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the staff seemed to not care and just asked if we wanted to reschedule...
