Dr. Scott Middleton has been my Primary Care Physician for 12 years. He is the best doctor I have ever had. He has an extraordinary breadth and depth of knowledge in many medical areas. He is great at explaining complex issues to his patients and he listens extremely well. 5 stars are not enough for Dr. Middleton. He is the best Family Practice Doctor....period!

Support staff and nurse were very professional, friendly and helpful. Dr. Middleton was just what l needed. His genuine concern and time spent with me were greatly appreciated. He answered all my questions and was a great listener. I thank God that he is my doctor.

My appointment was early in the morning. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was helped pretty at the counter immediately. She was warm and friendly. When I was helped by the medical asst. she was courteous and friendly took note of all my concerns for the doctor. Dr Tran is always courteous, listens to all my concerns and explains everything really well, giving me plenty of options.

First time here last week. Everything went smoothly, from the front desk experience, to the very short wait time, to the doctor's visit, to the lab work. The doctor herself was very reassuring and I felt she listened to my concerns and help me think through my care options. Parking was easy/free, and the facilities were updated and clean.

Nice office and staff, very friendly. Was able to complete my appointment with Dr Nabulsi, he took his time speaking with me and any concerns I may have. This facility is also able to do the lab work there too, no 2nd appointment needed to go someplace else. Very appreciative.
