I have seen Dr. Surender Vuthoori for over a year now, and I am very glad to be moving. He is the only local cardiologist that my insurance would refer me to, or else I would have gone elsewhere. I don't think that I ever waited less than an hour and a half for an appointment. I have waited over 3.5 hours just to be seen. There have also been two separate occasions where I had been waiting for an hour for my appointment, with the waiting room full to the brim, only to find that he wasn't even here. He often arrives even two hours after his first appointment should have started. It has been impossible to get my records transferred. I have asked at 3 separate appointments for hard copies as well, and each time been unsuccessful. He also came to work with the flu once, which subsequently infected my entire family. He is a CARDIOLOGIST, working with people who have heart problems, and he decided that it was a good idea to come to work sick with a fever and the flu to infect his patients? Also, I hate to say it, but his accent is so thick that I cannot understand a word he says. The only good thing that I can say is that he has some great receptionists. They have been gifted with amazing patience to put up with Dr. Surender Vuthoori and his frustrated patients.
