Patient
My doctor mentioned checking my cholesterol and later asked if I can do some labs for her. When I got back to my desk, I reviewed my after visit summary to discover that I was deceived into taking an abusive drug screening which I DID NOT CONSENT to taking. I immediately called back, and after half an hour of automated phone systems and being transferred from department to department, I finally spoke to a representative in the office who promised me a callback. I didn't get called back until after I shared my frustration into the messages attached to the test results online. I was told that they won't remove this from my bill.
