Hoag Echo and Vascular Ultrasound Lab - Irvine - Sand Canyon

My wife and I have been coming here almost since the day they opened. We have always been treated very professionally by every member of the staff we have encountered. They are very busy so it sometimes difficult to get an appointment in a short amount of time. Walk-ins for bloodwork for either of us have usually taken less than 15 minutes.

I've been going to this lab for years now. Quest and Labcorp are terrible. This place is wonderful. I go directly to the second floor desk for the lab. Every single person I've dealt with has been knowledgeable and cordial. I don't know where the folks that left negative reviews went. One negative review even complained about the cost. Newsflash - the staff doesn't have anything to do with billing. Get a clue. Quest and Labcorp are always in rundown offices with underpaid and overworked staff. But Hoag is clean and professional. Even the folks that draw blood are friendly and professional. And they know how to do it with almost no pain. Amazing. Hey, negative reviewers, do the rest of us a favor and stay away.

Customer service at reception absolutely horrible. Two girls chatting away at the front desk said that we were at the wrong place....we were not. as we looked over and saw my son's name on the appointment list!! Found later that they totally screwed up. Tripled the time it took us..sent us to hospital and i later got billed 1,000.00 Total idiots..frign millenials
