My wife has done important test two weeks ago
I keep calling Dr. Eslami's office office to see if Doctor Eslami already reviewed the result, stuff keep telling me they haven't received the test result yet
I keep asking them to call to lab and request sending result they saying if the result has any urgency lab will let Dr. To know, I just requested the office stuff name Angie to check with Doctor to be sure doctors already seen the result or call lab to ask then to send result to Doctor, she threatening me that she will hang up the phone on me if I keep talking and requesting more!
Dr. Eslami is very good Doctor and very caring unfortunately some of his office stuff are very unprofessional and so rude

They are no longer on Sand Canyon. They took 3 days to respond to a phone call. I think Eslami has disassociated himself with Hoag (or vice versa).

Dr. is ok but I waited so many times more than an hr. the last 2 times my wife cam with me he made us wait 1:15 minutes my wife was furious and the last time he was no show after 45 minutes wait, I missed my last appointment got a new phone so my notification did not go off they charge me no show fee $75.00 you know this is slap on the face is not the money is the principle I should charge them for my time also for each minute i waited Do not recommend.

Doctor Eslami has been caring for my father for approximately 4 years. He is a pioneer in cardiology. He is well acknowledged and respected in the world of medicine. He has shown a great deal of attention to details while communicating whatever situation my father has faced. We have made a sound decision to handle my father's condition and recovery because of Dr. Eslami's level of care. Dr. Eslami has executed whatever necessary to help my father regain his health. We are very pleased he has cared for my dad.

Done a procedure on my mom at a hospital and office refused to see her for a follow up after that due to her insurance. Working in the medical field I find that odd because they are supposed to at least check on their patients following surgical procedures regardless of payor type. Very disappointed.
