Dr. Hekmat is caring and got me to lose 156lbs under the carnivore diet he is better than your average doctor and he cares about everyone out there. He is just man changing people one person at a time. Veronica is a great nurse and always comforting.
Rude unprofessional and snotty. That's just from the receptionists in the front before you even meet Dr. HEKMAT. I have never been so disrespected and treated like I'm nothing by 2 uneducated receptionists. They refused to call my insurance company too much work for them I guess to check my Medicare WHICH IS FINE BTW!! So then I called my other Dr to have the mean receptionists talk to them to make sure my insurance was good. When I show the lady the phone number and the name of the woman on my cell phone she picked up my cell phone threw it back at me and told me that that wasn't her job to check my insurance. This is not the first complaint made about these receptionists at this place of work. So I don't understand why the doctor has not fired them. I will never ever go back here and I'm going to make darn sure that everybody knows about this place and not in a good way....RUN RUN FAR AWAY! FROM THE EVIL AND RUDE UNEDUCATED RECEPTIONISTS!!!
After about 30+ years a client and the whole family being clients , this doctor recommended my father to a cardiologist who was negligent and almost killed him , my dad spent 2 months in the hospital , one in icu and not once did this doctor hekmet even call to see if he lived or died! It's been 4 years and my dad is so hurt that his favorite doctor knew what happened to him and hasn't even cared to check to see if he lived after more than 30 years going to his office , beside being a horrible doctor he's a horrible human to be so cold blooded! My dad would still be going to him if he had at least called once to see if he lived through his aeorta dissection !
Disappointing experience. Aside from the helpful nurse, the team lacks professionalism and doesn't show enough care for patients. The receptionist is impolite and the doctor seems unaccountable. Wouldn't recommend.
VERY POOR SERVICE!! I visited their office and they took a blood test and was told they call me in 4 days to go over but never called back or responded to my messages left .
