Nice staff, very polite and accommodating. The vibe is like a Pleasure each visit, plenty of parking not too long of a wait.

"I can't speak on the treatment Dr.Crandford gives to his patients as I am not one of them, I brought in my brother to be seen by said practitioner, we had an appointment and weren't seen until 1 hour after arrival, I waited outside for over 2 hours. Understandably my patience wore thin so I just asked if he was close to being done. I wasn't allowed to know whether he had even spoke with Dr.Cranford yet or just sat in a room and inconsiderately made to wait. When I voiced my frustration with the staff, I was told to lower my voice and complain quietly as my complaints were being heard, and augmented by other patients also waiting to be seen. (Seen By Perry Secor M.D.) Words can not express the level of pain my body is currently going through. I was managing it the best I could until Dr. Perry Secor had to do the physical exam. I thought I was going to fall apart but he was very gentle and very patient with me. I had to answer alot of medical questions which wasn't easy because I was trying so hard to manage my emotions/headache because of my pain level, this is my first time experience at this establishment and based on my experience I was treated kindly by the staff/nurses and the doctor.

Very friendly and helpful staff, Doctor took his time with me and was very helpful. His assistant goes out of her way to help you and is so easy to talk too, she find different ways to help you with your medical problems.

Always a pleasure to be Dr. Scott's patient. I love his staff, too. Edie, Eve and his new back office medical assistant. So very nice and helpful.
