At first, I was hesitant to visit this office because of some older reviews. However, when I went there, I realized that both the doctor and some of the staff have changed since those complaints were made. The doctor listened to my concerns with great patience. Because my case is not straightforward, he chose to approach it step by step, which shows his advanced knowledge and competence in his field. Overall, I felt confident and well cared for during my visit.
Dr Novak was my Dr since 1988 and yes he might of had a rough attitude but got the job done. I am still a patient with the new doctor at the clinic Dr Rahnavard he is pretty good and great listener and gets things done... Also the staff is great have no complaints just positive feedback
We got rapid testing done here today to return to Canada. Scan the barcode, pay, go to the east side of the building and call the number on the door! The nurse we had come out to deal with us was extremely nice and funny and helpful!
Dr Novak might be a little too serious and sometimes even a little grumpy, but he has always listened to my concerns and diagnose my symptoms very accurately. His nurse, Martha, is the best; she has worked there forever and it's always a pleasure to interact with her too. The office hours are very convenient as well, I like the fact that he closes late, and opens Saturdays.
Honestly this was the worst experience I ever had. I was waiting with an appointment to be seen for 3 hours and the staff almost didn't take me in due to lack of knowledge. When I got to the back novak rushed my visit and evaluated me in less than 2 minutes. He was extremely rude and cut me off so many times. This man should not have a license with that attitude. He didn't prescribe me anything for my throat and still has the nerve to tell me to come back in two days. After dealing with countless attitudes and unprofessional staff. I will never go back again. Word of mouth is very familiar these days especially in this small valley and I will recommend no one to come here.
