Ok doctor with poor customer service. I got off work early so I can go in to his Downey office for a check up. When I arrived they told me the copay has to be cash or check. No cards accepted. The receptionist said she doesn't recognize me so they can't help me. They refused to bill me the $10 and said that because I'm the last patient of the day, they will not wait for me to go to the ATM which was only three blocks away. I lost money for leaving work early and drove across town in traffic for nothing.
