Community Hospital of Huntington Park

I was rushed here via ambulance (45 min drive). The room they sent me was empty, it was just me and they took good care of me. But I am assuming is because I was the only one in the room. The nurses seemed very young and some were training. I was there for 2 days and a half, longer than I expected. Nurses were there for me but the doctors took a while. I would recommend this Community Hospital if you are willing to wait a while for the doctors but the nurses are there with a simple click on the button.

0 stars if it was an option. My son was taken by ambulance here, and in more than 5 that we waited they did nothing. He was only given fluids. The doctor didn't come until I complained about not seeing a doctor. He has the worst bedside manner I have ever seen from a doctor. Dr. Brooker is the absolute worst. Will be filing a formal complaint with the medical board. I was even advised by the nurse to AMA my son and take him to another hospital.

I do not recommend this hospital! Front desk was very friendly and a few nurses. I went in for chest pain and they had me wait in the lobby for hours. Just to be made feel uncomfortable. I don't know what he was a nurse or doctor but an African American male I'm assuming nurse was very hostile and weird towards me. He would look at me intensely and weird. I found this very unprofessional. He would roll his eyes and look very annoyed. The security guard I'm not sure what his name is but he was extremely friendly compared to these so called nurses.

MONICA LEE she is the BEST nurse ever! My grandpa got admitted & She took very care of my grandpa & is very very professional she answers all of your questions and wants the best for her patients. Such a beautiful soul i really hope she dose get recognized by the hospital because she deserves it! Security was nice there strict because they have to be & follow the hospital guidelines they deal with a lot in the front with crazy ppl

This HP hospital is ! I've received the worst service ever. NO SERVICE besides the X-rays in 6 hours, I didn't get to see a doctor! I decided to go home, since I was sleepy, hungry and in so much pain. The person next to me was receiving VIP service, he and his wife were being offered food and drinks while I was starving. I never understood why only them. They had their food and drinks and went to sleep . Nothing against them tho...Also, there was a roach on the wall next to my bed. I took a picture of it, I hope I can share them too.
