What a complete waste of time and energy. This has been my dad's cardiologist for years, and while we were used to long wait times--often over an hour--things have gotten completely out of hand this past year. We've had to wait months for in-office tests, deal with multiple reschedules, and then wait again for months. The excuse we were given was that they don't have a technician available. If that's the case, then they should hire one. At one point, we were sent to an affiliated company that performs tests in their parking lot. When we arrived, after waiting for a while, they told us the machine hadn't been working since the morning. No one bothered to call and let us know. When I reported this to the doctor's office and asked to be transferred to another facility, they said that was our only option. In early October, we were told my dad needed in-office treatments three times a week and that he must have an ultrasound first to ensure his heart could handle it. The staff messed up the ultrasound appointment three weeks in a row. Their scheduling system is terrible, and they make zero accommodations for patients. They require separate morning appointments for the ultrasound and afternoon appointments for treatment, even though both could easily be done on the same visit. We live 40 minutes away, and despite repeated requests to coordinate appointments, they refused. As a result, my dad started receiving treatments without the ultrasound being done. We're done dealing with this unprofessionalism and complete lack of care for patients' needs and time. I've requested to switch to another cardiologist--someone who actually respects their patients.

Dr Majed my heart Dr for 10 years he is very professional and very knowledgeable in his field. I did ecp therapy treatment. I drive 25 miles each way worth the time. Excellent service all around.

Husband has been going here for a few years now. All the staff is kind and Dr has been great. Had one procedure done that we wouldn't do again but not because of anything the dr did wrong... he has been great and the NP are great too. My only complaint is that they are sometimes hard to get ahold of and charges are not always clearly presented.

I have nothing bad at all to say about this doctor's office, excellent, very knowledgeable, very professional, extremely caring and extremely supportive, I really love my doctor, been with him since 2008 and I will never trade him with anyone else, with all respect to all other doctors, but he latterly had and is saving my life, and of course with the grace of God. Thank you so much, and I wish there is a better way or words I can use to express my gratitude to doctor Majed Chane and his team, may God Bless you all and your families and give you all the strength and support to keep saving lives. Finally I found a Good cardiologist in Orange County. I was looking for the last 2 years! He asked me lots questions about my symptoms and explained about what kind of test and treatment information I need in the future. Also, the staff are very friendly and professional. I'm recommend 100%!!!
