I've been with Kaiser for nearly 20 years, and I can confidently say it's one of the best healthcare providers out there. Dr. Tran at Huntington Beach and Dr. Mohan at the main Kaiser hospital are truly exceptional. They consistently go above and beyond to find solutions and provide timely guidance on when to come in and what steps to take to maintain good health -- something we often overlook.
The lab staff are also outstanding, especially Ms. Lulu. During a recent blood draw, she noticed my fear of needles and compassionately used a thin butterfly needle. Within a minute, the procedure was complete, and I didn't feel a thing.
We need more compassionate and caring professionals like Dr. Tran, Dr. Mohan, and Ms. Lulu in this world. Thank you for your dedication and excellent work -- it truly makes a difference!

I am very pleased with the visit today. All staffs are polite, nice. My doctor is listening and understanding my sickness. He takes time to go through all my medicine files, explain and discuss with me regarding my problems. His nurse is nice, professional, and a good helper. By the way, the facility is remodeled nicely.
