I'm honestly done with this place. I drove an hour from Yorba Linda on November 20 2025, and it was a complete waste of my time. The clinic is disorganized, communication is poor, and there's zero sense of urgency or respect for patients/clients who actually show up for their appointments. Nothing about the visit felt professional. I left feeling irritated, ignored, and wondering why I even bothered making the trip in the first place. This is not a place I'd recommend to anyone. They need to seriously fix how they operate before calling themselves a reliable medical office.

Wow! Very well run office! I've had some awful recent experiences with certain specialists not respecting my time. Not here! I mentioned that even though I am old I am still employed full time and cannot afford a really long wait time. Fortunately I was seen well within my timeframe and everyone in the office was pleasant and professional! Not always easy to find! Very nice experience and kudos to everyone in the office!!

I just want to send a HUGE thank you to Dr. Do and all the staff at this office. Not only did they get me in same day and last minute, they were very intelligent and CARING! It turned out that I have a retinal detachment and had a panic attack in the office. The level of care these people have is beyond fantastic. They even called me after to check in on me. I just am still stuck saying WOW. If you have any doubts about this place please dont. They are A+++ 10/10 in expertise and care. I will always come back here. THANK YOU AGAIN!!

I love my doctor but their office is completely inept. To make an appointment, they leave you on hold 20 minutes, and then you then need to leave a message and they don't call you back. On top of it, they never return calls period for anything. I am done with this office and looking for a new doctor, unfortunately.

It took me a while to write this review because I wanted to make sure the work was done on my eyes before venting my frustration.
I had no problem with my doctors Shah and Seaman. It's the staff that I had problems with. If I was in charge there, I would fire them all and started over.
The staff at all levels were tyrants, rude, unprofessional. The worst staffs were in the back office. I had trouble making appointments, and cost finding. They messed up my appointment and blamed me for coming in the wrong date.
