Dr. Dipeshkumar K. Gandhi, MD

If it wasn't for the staff of Ryneh Freeman, L. Mora and Kayla C. I would only give you one star. These women were excellent and very professional. I had to wait in a small room for Dr. Gandhi for 40+ minutes. He then asked me some of the same questions that Ryneh had already entered into the computer. My stress test was the same wait 25 minutes to see the doctor after the test was over. I finally had to go get Kayla and told her I had waited long enough. She finally got a doctor who I could not understand a word he was saying. I left frustrated and mad. I will report this to my primary care doctor. Jim S

I manage my uncle's medical records. He is 92. He was in the hospital twice in one week. He had pnuemonia and his feet were so swollen i could not get his shoes on. I made him an appointment for 1:15p and he had to sit in the waiting room until 4p when he was seen. He's 92! He can't wait that long in a chair! I take him to get his lab work done every 3 months and dr tiwari never suggested he get a kidney doctor until he was stage 4 kidney disease. I have feet all along that this is discriminatory because every time i asked if certain levels were normal he said well he's 92. Like well he's lived his life. If he were 22 he would have received different treatment. Now that he is stage 4 im supposed to scramble for a kidney specialist and nutritionist when I've been asking this whole time if i should get him one. When my uncle is severely sick he won't see an urgent Care or hospital because of long wait times and now i can't get him to see his dr because of the long waits. AND i heard the nurse tell the other nurse that they always double book. Just drive 20-30 mins to Menifee or Temecula.
