Receptionist are insanely rude and not helpful whatsoever. I had two of them be disrespectful towards my older age mother. One was wearing glasses, and the one that was yelling was sitting down hiding behind a computer but is a bigger girl. She walked away to the back once I confronted her. In the wrong line of work to be treating people like that!!

Not honest in pricing. Tell you one thing, than bill you a $1k more!! Friendly service, but bad on call back and communication. 3 times doc said he would call for an over the phone visit. Finally on the 3rd time we talked. Lining up appointments was bad too. Told them what a previous doc. told me to schedule for, which was 3 diferent things needing done. They only set me up for one thing when I arrived for visit. And mind you, I live 1.25 hrs from this office one way! They said they would have to reschedule for another appointment for the other things I needed tested for. NOT RECOMMENDED!!

He doesn't really care about the patient. How could he?!? He has WAYY to many for one Dr so when he sees 50 ppl in one day he's not going to diagnose them right. Some ppls deaths are on his hands forsure. Mr Gavini please just do your job!!!! You looked at me and said I was healthy. Didn't even listen to my heart. Two days later I'm in the ER. Do you even care?!? I don't think so.

Dr Gavini saved my life and I'll always be grateful for that. He's always caring when I come for checkups or procedures and remembers my kids and our work with guide dogs for the blind and where I work. He asks every time how they are doing and how I am. To me that is a great bed side manner and care for his patients. And his staff have always been caring and helpful. I can't say enough that can describe my appreciation for Dr. Gavini and his staff.
