DANGEROUSLY INCOMPETENT OFFICE, DO NOT VISIT This was the worst experience with an office staff I have ever had, just shockingly bad. Prior to my first visit, I mailed in all of my basic paperwork -- contact info, insurance info, etc. When I arrived for my first visit, they had lost everything. I filled out all of the paperwork a second time and handed it to the receptionist. Did tests which required me to dress in a paper shirt, open to front. Staff asked me to leave the test room. I was led to a hallway with a large window in full view of the waiting room. As I stood there, and the doctor asked a staff member, who was playing with her cell phone, to show me to an exam room. She just looked up at him like a deer in the headlights. Did not put down her phone, did not get up from her seat, just stared at him like he was speaking a foreign language. So I just stood there, and stood there, while the doctor talked to other people and staff walked by. Several uncomfortable minutes later, the doctor noticed I was still standing there, and showed me to the exam room himself, since his staff couldn't figure out how. In the exam room, a staff member with greasy, unkempt hair flaked with dandruff put adhesive sensors on me for an uncomfortable, 24-hour monitoring test. Two weeks after my visit, a staff member phoned me to inform me that they had LOST ALL OF MY PAPERWORK AGAIN, and had no contact or insurance information for me. How they managed to phone me, I have no idea. They clearly must have lost all of my test results too, because I never received any information from them whatsoever. Now I am faced with repeating all of this uncomfortable 24 hour process A SECOND TIME because this office is too incompetent to figure out how to responsibly manage basic contact information, insurance information, or patient test results. This is just startlingly bad and stressful a waste of time.
