Amy Li has very excellent bedside manners. She listened to all of my concerns, answered all of my questions, and treated me promptly. I did not feel rushed at all. I walked away feeling heard and taken care of. The medical assistant and front desk were nice as well.

My experience with Ana Sofia Devaney, a nurse practitioner, has been consistently disappointing. She is almost never available for follow-up or consultations, even when test results require discussion. Every time I've needed clarification, I was contacted by someone else instead -- and in some cases, no one followed up at all. There is no direct communication or continuity of care, which makes it very difficult to rely on her as a primary provider.

Online it says open at 8:15, when I get here that's what the sign says as well. I'm here at 9:15 and they have a sign up stating they will be closed from 9:00-9:45 for a staff meeting. I'll try back at 9:45. Update: the doors opened at 10

Worst doctors office you could possibly go to. If you can go anywhere else don't come here. Receptionists are not willing to help and totally rude. They lied trying to put all the blame on us and they take no accountability for their actions. They have zero compassion for a human life let alone basic respect. The doctor is fine but everything leading up to see the doctor was horrible and they think they can get away with it because they're the only option for low income and they take advantage of that. There's a reason they have so many bad reviews. Long story short we'll be talking to the family lawyer about a condition getting worse because of their neglect.

I've been a patient at the clinic since I moved to Goleta in 88. I've been fortunate to get the best care, all the physicians and the nurses have been very courteous, informative and friendly. After I had my son I started taking him to the clinic as well after couple of miss diagnosis from the private practice doctor he was assigned to originally by the insurance. Like me my son was well cared for. I have been seeing Dr DeVaney for a while now and I absolutely adore her. She is no nonsense straight to the point doctor with great bedside manners. I know some people left negative reviews about the staff however I've seen patients being belligerent loud and foul mouthed towards the staff and the staff were professional and courteous towards them. Without the neighborhood clinics so many people would not have access to reasonable medical care. I'm very grateful to all the doctors and the staff I've seen over the years and will continue to go there and recommend their services. Thank you for all your patience and professionalism.
