This is only my personal opinion based on my own experience, and it should not be taken as advice or used to make decisions. I encourage anyone who is seeking care for a loved one to research hospitals carefully before choosing where to go. I arrived at this hospital because the ambulance brought us to the nearest facility. In hindsight, I feel that this choice did not lead to the outcome I had hoped for. I stayed overnight with my loved mother at hospital all the time so I can tell really what happened at this facility. From my perspective, some of the interactions with staff felt less supportive than I expected during a very difficult time. My mother developed multiple health issues, and the overall situation became increasingly challenging. I often felt that communication between the medical team and myself was limited, and I struggled to understand what the main health concerns were, what the treatment plan involved, or what options might have been available. There was a procedure that I authorized because I did not fully understand the potential consequences at the time. Looking back, I wish I had received clearer guidance so that I could make a more informed decision. I regretted to choose the doctors team but it was too late. I should make a research to hire the appropriate primary care physician for my loved mother. Because this was my first experience handling such serious medical matters, I didn't know what questions to ask or what to expect. Only afterward did I begin to reflect on whether the treatments provided were appropriate for my mother's condition. Losing my mother has been extremely painful, and I associate this experience with deep regret. My mother died in a sad and painful way. I share this only to describe how I felt and what I experienced. I encourage others to consider their options carefully so they can make the choices that feel right for their families. For me coming to this hospital was the worst decision I made.

Started off in the ER- They were quick and efficient and I was treated with care. I ended up getting admitted to the hospital where I was well taken care of. My Nurse Thai was awesome as well as the doctors that were there to take care of me. I was on a regular diet and I will say the food was pretty good, no complaints.

The nurse never came back for hours when my mom asked to have her bedsheets changed. She had a surgery and couldn't control her bladder. When the nurse finally came, it turns out she had something to Direct the urine to a container so she was not wet thank God! But the nurse still didn't come around to help her. I had to help her to the bathroom after her surgery! This used to be a good Hosp used to bring my daughter here when she had her asthma attack. Doctors were awesome and nurses were caring. This nurse that my mom had couldn't care less Her alone for hours never checking on her. Never got an answer whether she was leaving that day or not.

The worst hospital to go to. You will spend 5 hours plus waiting in the waiting room. They never have a xray technician after hours. You spending more time waiting for discharge paper for additional 1 hour. Why can't there be option to get it emailed copy?

This place is FILTHY! The floors and baseboards are nasty. When they arrived to do my wife's blood draw I was standing next to her. I could see into the cart that held the blood draw tools. The various compartments were dirty. The sides of the cart were smeared with old "stuff ". I started looking around the room. The cabinets and handles were nasty. The floors had old contaminants in the corners. I wouldn't eat at a restaurant that was this neglected. Basically, every surface I looked at was sub-par for any establishment , let alone a medical facility.
