Dr. Raed Bargout has been my trusted cardiologist for 10 years, expertly managing my coronary artery disease, atrial fibrillation, and blood clotting issues. Because of my complex heart problems, I required special monitoring and thorough cardiac clearance before undergoing two lung lobectomies--one 10 years ago and another 8 years ago--as well as a recent colon surgery. Dr. Bargout coordinated all the necessary tests and worked closely with my surgical teams to ensure my safety. I started seeing Dr. Bargout in 2020 for high blood pressure and cholesterol. The service started to decline slowly. In the past year, the office reception has been experiencing communication problems (not answering calls, giving the wrong prescription information, and not wanting to accept constructive criticism). After 1.5 years of complaining that I was not feeling better, he finally adjusted my medication dosage and prescribed my new medication. In the past 90 days, I complained about a possible side effect I was experiencing from taking a medication he recently prescribed. The pharmacy instructions prompt you to do so immediately. I called the office and told one of the receptionists what was happening, and she said it was not because of the medication and that I could stop the medication at any time. The next day, I received a voicemail from the Doctor diagnosing me with diabetes and another prescription. They called in my prescription, but the pharmacy had to delay filling it for about four days because they could not get in touch with the Doctor to authorize the number of refills. It frequently happens when he prescribes medication and calls it to the pharmacy. I am experiencing this issue with the latest medication he called after seeing him yesterday. Finally, the time it takes the office to check their faxes for blood work results is ridiculous. The bloodwork results take no more than a few days. The latest blood work results started in their office 30 days before I called and asked about them. Yesterday, I completed a survey by text and gave them a 0 rating for almost everything on the survey. Today, the receptionist called and told me to find a new Cardiologist. How professional is that?

Me. Dr. Bargout is the only doctor that properly diagnosed my cousin after him being admitted to few ERs, and saved his life. Will definitely recommend Dr. Bargout
