Patient: Julie Ilic Doctor: Marwah Dr. Marwah due to the extremely unprofessional and rude front office staff ..most recent Karina who hung up on me twice and treated my life shit for no reason... at office on Broadway Glendale Ca. I am no longer going to yhix office and I have a new cardiologist. I have been patient and polite for a few years despite being treating rudely. So I spoke to Dr about it.

This whole office and staff needs a makeover. The front office staff are extremely unprofessional, rude, and uncaring in addition to their medical team of doctors and PA's. Dr. Marwah came in for less than 1 minute only to stare at the computer screen the whole time. He would leave the patient's doors open and I could hear him shouting to the entire time, talk about HIPPA violations! The PA prescribed new medications but didn't bother to go over the meds and abruptly left because she received a phone call from the painters who were showing up at her house. Terrible bedside manners from EVERY single staff member.

I cannot say anything about Dr. Marwah because I didn't even see him, and I swore that I will not return to his office even if he would be the only doctor in the world and that is because of his unprofessional office staff. I wish doctor finds a minute sometimes to read comments about his office and makes some conclusions. Lusy, who is proud to introduce herself as a manager, is the most horrible person I have ever met in any of medical offices. I never met someone who treats the patient with such disrespect and ignorance. She is horrible, rude and unprofessional. Some of the office staff works inaccurate and failures to record appointments. I think especially the staff of cardiological offices must be more professional to their patients because every rude and unprofessional approach may become very harmful, sometimes even deadly, for the patients with heart problems.

Very rude, unprofessional office staff. After receiving an authorization for urgent appointment not only they gave an appointment 3 weeks ahead , but a week prior called and said that the doctor is going on vacation. He will be back in a month. They decided that a patient , who is waiting to see a cardiologist urgently will be ok to wait another 40 days. very upset about the in professionalism of the doctor, who is ok with such scheduling and work ethics and allows his receptionist by name Lucy to be rude after all and say" that's not our problem that the doctor is going on vacation, we are trying to help you by rescheduling your appointment" they call that helping!!! I will make sure insurance company and the state gets a call from me as well. And they are aware of such " incredible ethics" ...

Dr Marwah was referred to us and said my other dr and friend said he is a good dr. Now i do not know what they meant because when i saw him and im trying to communicate with him, he never even responded to me. He look at the notes on the computer which his staff have typed in. Then he said, you need to get ultasound and ekg. After the test we saw him again, read again the computer and he said come follow me, he gave the chart to the lady who will schedule for the next test. I asked him what is the result of the ultrasound and ekg ... he said ok ok.. get the schedule and he left. So you tell me is he good or not?? Ugh!! They need to put at least 2 people in the front.1 person cannot answer the calls, and take care of the new patients.. Not to organized in the front. Poor Lucy (i think that was her name) she's by herself. She does work hard.
