My mom has been seeing Dr. Rafie for the past few years, and every visit has been a wonderful experience. He's not only an excellent doctor but also a genuinely kind and caring person. At the hospital, he's always attentive and one of the first doctors to check on his patients in the morning. His nurse, Paula, is also amazing--so kind, helpful, and attentive.
