Superior Body Scan

Just bad. Had a scan in 2015 and was impressed. Had a scan in October 2024 and they did nothing right. Broken promises to send results on time. Broken promises to send the scan itself. Appointment was not punctual by quite a bit. Patel is not interested in doing a good job. His work isn't bad enough to start a complaint with the medical board, but just only. In a word, "Avoid"

I would like to give 5 start review, reasons; The best, advance, clean office. The best Dr , tech and staff. Very flexible and cooperative staff to get an appointment, I went CA/ Fullerton for my trip from out of state, with great recommendations of family friend I decided to get heart scan. So happy with my decision for this facility and professional Dr/ staff. I received call for my result which hardly happens in my state. I hardly write review but I couldn't hold myself to write review for this Dr office, their best service and definitely recommend all my friends and family or any one else.

Superior body scan was able to see my mom asap when she needed a CT scan for abdominal pain. Results were promptly returned in a few days along with a phone call from Dr. Patel explaining the results. Recommend superior body scan for CT imaging needs!

I live in Ohio and during a social gathering in CA , some of us were discussing healthcare and Issues related to health as most of us are in late 60's. Our discussion led to pro active approaches that can alert, or prevent serious situations and in conversation one of my friends mentioned full body scan that she had got done at Superior Body Scan. I researched and got acquainted with the procedure and made appointment for the scan. Upon my arrival I was greeted by the staff who were very courteous and respectful. The place looked neat and clean. The doctor called me after 5 days and explained the findings and pointed out some areas of concern and to follow up with my PCP. I also received a written report. While I was waiting for my test I overheard a conversation between a staff member and a patient that this office have saved over 3000 lives ! What a valuable service to humanity! I was so glad that I got this test done. I would highly recommend this Facility for the priceless service they provide.

Worst doctor I've ever seen. The patient room was filthy (during covid). Counter was covered with dust. I was in the office for just over 3 hours for a 15 minute heart scan. When I asked what drug Dr Patel wanted to give me to slow my heart rate down, he took me into his (filthy) office and proceeded to try to sell me a full body scan and didn't answer my questions about the medication he wanted me to take or it's side affects. I was told I would have my results in 7 to 10 days. I waited 3 weeks and called. I ended up driving back to the office to pick up my results. After waiting 45 minutes I walked out of the patient room again had to deal with Dr. Patel's terrible disposition. What a terrible experience.
