All the staff were courteous and professional. I really enjoyed the "banter" between the doctor and staff during my procedure! It helped relieve any nervousness I experienced. I'm a bit concerned that the follow-up messages/ confirmation didn't seem to work effectively, though.

The time frame under my insurance plan was short. Dr. Srivatsa moved things along so that I could recieve the treatment I needed. Procedure has significantly eliminated cramping in legs. For long time I suffer from pain, cramps and veins born. I also was embarrassing of how my legs looked. I started being treated by Dr. Srivatsa and his staff. After a couple months, my health and my legs are almost perfect. They took care of my legs internally and superficially. I only regret not having visited Dr. Srivatsa's clinic earlier. They are very professional and compassionate.
