Front office total crap. Don't waste your money or time. Incompetent!!

Absolutely terrible- Dr Golden is a great doctor. His staff could care less about patients. I was scheduled for a 11:20 appointment, I told the person I work. They said the total time would be 45 minutes. It's now an hour past my appointment and I haven't been seen. They have a working phone they could have called me to say they're behind. They don't care though.

The doctors are awesome!! But a few of the staff upfront need to go back to school on how to treat customers ,professional skills and how not to be rude!... they need to understand why we called in the first place. They need to understand our frustration when they don't pick up the phone or call back and when you finally do get a hold of them they are rude. Also they cancel appointments on their own for you so before you go in you better call a couple days in advance and make sure you still have an appointment before you make the hour trip like we do!

This is Jimmy Kurnosoff from Kerman, CA and I am writing this review to express my gratitude to Dr. Patrick Golden and his staff for the years of dedication and support and being there in time of need Dr.Golden has been the Kurnosoff family doctor for my mother, Vera Kurnosoff,. rest her soul,.until her last day on earth on 5/17/2007 & for my father, Jim Kurnosoff who past away on December 14th, 2018,. and for my dear lovely, love of my life, Vera Kurnosoff who past away One week from her birthdate which was October 17, 1956, and she past on October 10, 2022! Dr.Golden is my Primary Physician, Jimmy Kurnosoff and will be until my last day on earth. He is a kind, gentle professional doctor who takes personal interest in each patient's well being and basically how is life treating us,. I do not know how much longer he is going to practice medicine before he retires, and I like him alot, and he listens very carefully on what I am saying. And has a good memory without looking at his notes! I would recommend him to anyone if I were asked if I knew of a good doctor. Thank You Dr,.
