Dr Sammy Siada was very thorough and professional. He is also very easy to talk to about concerns I had. I also want to emphasize that EVERY SINGLE office worker was extremely nice and helpful! I was scared for the reason I went and they instantly made me feel better just by being kind

I will update once I am seen, but the referral process and receptionists have literally left me in tears. My primary doctor used the referral fax number at the beginning of the week (an 833 number) I called in the middleof the week and a (Yolanda?) stated I didn't have a patient chart (So the the referral coordinators must not have gotten to the referral yet )yet but I should give it until the end of the week or the beginning of the next week. I called at the end of the week and same receptionist said, beginning of next week then. The following Monday came and I called, the same receptionist said middle of the week or end of the week. I immediately called back and got a different receptionist (Alyssa)- this time she offered to actually look to see if they received a referral in the first place. They never did and she gave me the correct fax number (a 559 number that cannot be found anywhere). My doctor sent referral immediately that Monday to the correct 559 number. Tuesday came and my primary doctor informed me that Inspire got in contact with her and is requesting my demographics by fax. Never heard anything; so I call Friday of that week. (Yola?/Yolanda?) Answer she states they have my demographics but they never received my referral and can't move forward without my referral. They attempted to call my doctor but no answer. I stated, how can they even request my demographics if they don't have a referral to go off of? So they must have my referral? "I have no clue. You must have must have another last name" I don't. But no empathy or a sorry or an attempt to figure something out as we go back and forth. I was so frustrated of 2 weeks of not looking into a simple referral and missing work that I began crying and saying "okay I will contact my doctor bye" "bye!" I recieved phone call back a couple of minutes later from the same receptionist- still no apology the entire time, and she remembered to mention that my doctor should have sent my notes the first time- but "when they received the referral, they made the patient file under your doctor's name- it happens :)" and then proceeded with appointment This entire process has taken a toll on my mental and physical health and causing hardships with work.. just waiting for a simple referral that would lead to a date to look forward to and give to my employers. and no empathy. Very unprofessional.

I needed to get an ultrasound on my leg done here and they went above and beyond! My last ultrasound on my leg that was done at the ER was SO painful and so I was worried about it being painful again but the ultrasound technician made sure it was painless. She was incredibly kind, understanding, and friendly. I have to wear a compression stocking on my leg and she even went so far as to help me put it back on. The wait time was short especially for me being a first time patient, usually it takes a long time when you're a new patient somewhere but here they're fast and they don't keep you waiting. The paperwork was minimal too, just some signatures so that didn't take long either. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place for anyone who is experiencing vascular issues.
