Dr. Bipin K. Joshi, MD

Very bad experience at this facility, I have stage4, I referred to this facility by United health centers from Bullard office. First we wait for two months to get the appointment Dr said his front desk will call to schedule the appointment nobody called us finally we end up giving them call. They said your appointment is at 10:30 am but nobody ahead of you, you can come any time before 10:30am. So after dental appointment we went straight to Dr Joshi appointment when we get there the waiting room totally full with patients standing all over near the walls and outside in the parking lot, they don't have enough seats for patients to sit inside, waiting time least 2hrs. We also end up with waiting time 2hrs 49mins finally they call us. When we get inside they just do the vitals then doctor came he didn't ask any concerns questions why we here? right way he told us to schedule the next appointment. What the purpose of this appointment then ?? To just claim the insurance?? Our family doctor can check the vitals why we coming to the specialist then? Need to stop this drama. All doctors in this location are Indian and all are just harassing patients. I Don't even want to give single star they don't deserve it. They are over scheduling patients to claim the insurances. We deserve better than this.

Office staff were not informative and had poor communication skills- I was not notified prior to each visit what tests would be performed and what to expect for each test. They did not inform me of my balance for the testing that was being done (after supposedly having authorization prior to my visit by my insurance) until the final visit, when they hit me with a huge bill of expenses not covered by insurance and demanded payment. Fighting with my insurance to try to get these charges covered is going to be a delight, I'm sure. As far as the MD goes, I saw him for two minutes today after waiting two hours to be seen, only to be told that all my testing was "fine" and to follow up in a year. I will not be back.

Great doctor for my enemies, I wouldn't recommand him for friends or family. Hours of waiting in the in his lobby, uncaring staff, staff did't send Rx to pharmacy for 5 days, had to call & remind them.

I have seen Dr Joshi since 2008. He is thorough in his evaluations. He answers my questions in a way that I can understand. I tyrust him with my cardiac care.

The Ultrasound guy is unprofessional and careless of the patients.
