I had an extremely disappointing experience at this heart clinic. The front office staff was unprofessional, rude, and completely lacking in customer service. The entire team seemed disorganized and indifferent, making the visit stressful and unpleasant. I would not recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality care or a welcoming environment.

This place is awful. I brought my mom in for her 8:45 AM appointment, and we didn't leave until 1 PM. The doctor only spoke to her for a few minutes and was very unprofessional. The staff is absolutely horrible rude and unhelpful. I don't remember the name of the white girl but she seriously needs to fix her attitude and most importantly her makeup.This place clearly needs better trained staff and a complete overhaul in professionalism and customer service. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone

Came in and out fast. Super friendly staff, professionals. Teeated like an actual human being and not just some dollar sign. Will post pictures next visit in 3 months!

This place is always packed. They over book their patients like crazy. Just shows what they really care about. They should knock the wall down in between buildings and have a bigger waiting room or even better move to a bigger better facility. Poor people just standing for hours waiting.

Don't trust Google it says it's not busy but then you get there and it is super crazy. I don't understand why they make so many appointments together. I find afternoons less wait time. Well as for the people who work there it's complicated. The ultrasound girls were very nice but some of the people in the main office and nurse were not so pleased to meet, You don't know how many times I felt rushed after waiting a long time. One time I called to reschedule an appointment to the latest time they can give in the afternoon and the lady on the phone was saying I can't do that because they cut back my hours... ECT and so on ( it was unprofessional) I don't know the working problems there but I hope they fix it. I have to say on top of that, some of the people waiting to be seen can make the girls jobs a little hard to and I can feel their frustration. So to say there is no win, just sit and wait I guess. The heart monitors they have you wear are old models.
