My mother-in-law got her hip replacement surgery here. It was a smooth procedure. The doctors called us to let us know how things went. All the nurses were fantastic and very kind. So all in all a great experience.

If you your loved one is in the "new building" as the staff reference the Morris Hyman Critical Care Pavilion you practically have to walk a mile from the front registration/check-in desk at the main entrance since the hospital does not staff people there since the pandemic!!! If you have a disability of walking then please be prepare for the long walk or ask for wheelchair assistance. I have provided pictures of the walk as well.
Jesse is a great nurse! He was warm friendly and willing to answer any questions. Dr Lenchsender was not the best. He didn't really let me talk and address my concerns then snapped back saying I didn't give him the right information yet he didn't actually care to listen to the first time around. Didn't want to do a ct scan due to radiation got no medicines , left hospital after 5 hours and got basically nothing out of it
Arrived about 10am on 12/07/25 to Washington Hospital ER. Reception (Que) warm, and friendly greeting. Triage nurse (missed her name) quick, helpful, knowledgeable, friendly, patient. Visit with Doc Kadeer at Triage and post triage quick diagnosis and treatment, friendly with great bedside manner. Labs took longest. Discharge at 11:30am., nurse Paula also friendly by 11.30am. Great overall experience. Thank you!!
Nursing staff here are all extremely polite and professional. However, when it comes to doing actual work, they all seem to pass the buck repeatedly. Not a single doctor here does a single scrap of work for a living. The doctors share the most unprofessional, unethical and lazy people I have ever had. The unfortunate pleasure of being alongside. A case manager and social workers here actively try to not do a single thing to help you. I'm convinced this hospital is designed to murder people. Despite the fact that no one assists you with absolutely anything, they repeatedly tried to administer me wrong medications, and filled my chart with incorrect information. I can only imagine the horrors that befall patients who can advocate for themselves. I've stayed here 3 weeks on this stay, and three other times this past year. Each time I stay here the experience gets worse and worse and worse. This past stay was a horrific nightmare that will haunt me until the end of my days. Stay away from this hospital at all costs.
