The office never answers the phone. You have to repeatedly call in order for someone to finally pickup. When the receptionist at the desk finally answers, she is very condescending and speaks to you like you are a peasant. If you don't like your job and are miserable, find a new job. Don't make the patients miserable. I wish my past Cardiologist had not moved on.

Dr. Balakrishnan is an excellent cardiologist. She examines patients thoroughly and orders whatever tests are necessary and finds out the causes for the patient's problems. I am still continuing the Rxs prescribed by her three years ago. Her staff are also excellent and very helpful. My wife Hema Subramanian was also her patient and she too was highly satisfied with her. We would highly recommend her to any new patient who is in search of a cardiologist.
Dr Balakrishnan was very detailed with her explanation and patiently answered all my questions in layman terms. As a patient I v much appreciate doctors who chose to have an involved discussion and educating patients on risks vs just issuing directives.
