Dr Rohit Sehgal is a board-certified specialist in Internal Medicine, Cardiovascular Disease, and Interventional Cardiology with over 20 years of experience. He graduated from the All India Institute of Medical Science, New Delhi, India, before completing his Internal Medicine residency at Cook County Hospital in Illinois and in Detroit, Michigan. Dr Sehgal furthered his education with fellowships in Cardiology and Interventional Cardiology at Northwestern University and a fourth-year fellowship in Interventional Cardiology in Portland, Oregon. He is actively involved in the Washington Hospital Healthcare community, currently serving as the Chief of the Cardiology section at Washington Hospital.
