He over books his patients! No respect with other people's time! I know for sure he over books because I talked to other patients waiting and found out 2 more patients have the same appointment as mine! EVERY SINGLE TIME I HAVE AN APPOINTMENT, HE IS RUNNING BEHIND! And that is because he over books his patients! Then when I get my time to be seen, he is rushing to get out! I have things to ask but before I could even open my mouth, he is already walking out of the room! He is for MONEY over quality service!!! He even asked my mom who is 86yo, to do a mammogram!!! He is also maximizing what Medicare would pay for!

Adding to the real reviews, so others aren't tricked by the "five stars". He is dismissive, no empathy and only in it for the money. After misdiagnosed my mother with Lupus, he carelessly took a call fussing about his credit card bill during her visit. For months he had her nerved up that he found something w. Her and made far out future appointments. She waited, we worried. Definitely get a second opinion before you have any surgery, hes in this industry for the wrong reasons. he's horrible!

I have been a patient of Dr. Jain for several years, by choice, I sought him out even though I had been a patient of his colleagues in the past. He has always given me all the time I need with him and always asks if there is anything else. He is my Primary Care Doctor as well as my Cardiologist. His office can be a challenge by phone but I can leave a message on the Patient Portal and he has called me personally on several occasions when I was having an issue. He does repeat tests (as one person complained on here) every three months, which is a good thing. How else is he going to monitor your situation? He keeps a very close eye on my heart issues. His assistant that does his scheduling and request's authorization from insurance is excellent.

I'll be updating my review after the appointment today! Ruth from his office was an angel - literally;). I'll say that when you really need someone who is warm, friendly and professional, this is the person you would want to take your call. She cared and I needed someone to care today. We've known Dr Jain for years. He is the best Cardiologist Doctor in the business bar none!

My mother was very nervous about coming here for a stress test a couple of weeks ago. We had herd some unpleasant things on the run up to coming here about this place and also had read some reviews that made us a little uncomfortable, yet I have to say the lady who we met was absolutely phenomenal. She explained every last detail to me and my mother regarding the test, she said she would not be the one performing the actual stress test but told us that she would stay with us through out the whole thing, she made us both feel very comfortable and she stud by my mothers side the whole time just as she said she would, constantly reassuring my mother and letting her know she could do it and she would be okay. I think she may of introduced herself as a student or as a medical assistant. She was a young girl from the United Kingdom and if I'm right in thinking her name was Leona or a name similar to that. You could tell from the moment she called us in that she genuinely cared about her job and her patients, not only did she treat my mother with the utmost respect she also treated me the exact same. I am very grateful for her and will be hoping to request her again in the future.
