Unacceptable Wait Times and Poor Organization I am extremely disappointed with the way this medical center handled patient appointments, especially for a procedure as critical as a colonoscopy. Patients who had been fasting for two days were left waiting for hours without any communication or updates. My husband's appointment was scheduled for 1:30 PM, yet by that time, even the 10:00 AM patient had not been seen. There was no staff at the front desk to provide any information, and patients were left completely in the dark. At least six patients were still waiting for their procedure, and despite the long delays, no one took responsibility, apologized, or even attempted to reschedule appointments in an organized manner. After waiting for hours and seeing no progress, we had no choice but to cancel my husband's procedure. This was incredibly frustrating, considering he had gone through two days of fasting and had consumed a gallon of prep solution, only for the appointment to be delayed indefinitely. This level of disorganization and lack of consideration for patients is completely unacceptable. At the very least, the staff should have provided clear communication, rescheduling options, or even a simple apology instead of leaving patients in uncertainty. I strongly urge management to address these issues immediately, as no patient should have to go through this experience.
