I had heart surgery today and everyone from the registrar to the prep nurses to my primary nurse were amazing! Super professional but could laugh with you and great bedside manner. The whole place was clean and Efficient. I never felt like just a number... plus free valet parking 1 block from the freeway. I definite high class operation.

(Evening, on 11/9/25 At 5:20 ish )I am an Uber Driver who just encountered a nurse in the Mothers and Baby department. This is how the nurse described the location? The directions for pickup were confusing and due to the rider needing assistance I wanted to make sure she did not have to walk further than she had. I was polite requiring more i formation and the nurse was rude, with an attitude and unprofessional. Due to not finding Mothers and Baby area I had to cancel the ride which made me upset because I understand the rider needed a ride. I informed security of this issue and. Yesss behavior at Urgent Care entrance. I hope that in the future employees can understand we do the best we can and it can be confusing. That the rider is of the utmost importance and I would think patients in your care would also be. Thank you for your understanding

One of the worst hospitals in twrms of parking. All the primary parking spots and lots are always occupied by valet parking guys (BTW, these places are always vacant too). Beware and be very mindful of visiting this facility as you will be wasting atleast 10 to 20 minutes while finding a parking spot.

I had a great experience at MemorialCare. The hospital was very clean and welcoming, and everyone I met was kind and professional. Special thanks to Dr. Dennis for his calm and compassionate care -- I truly felt listened to. The nurses were wonderful, so caring and attentive. I especially want to thank the last nurse (I didn't catch her name) -- she was incredibly kind and made sure I was okay. The lab staff was also so gentle during my blood draw and other teating, which I really appreciated. Thank you all for making a tough time easier. I'm very grateful for the care I received.

This was my first stay,ever, at a.hospital. I had to have my galbaldder removed. I really liked how they manage the ER. They jump in right away with care, and dont wait for a bed. I had triage,xrays,blood,ultrasound and insurance nonsense done before I could get a bed. I liked that I didn't have to wait for a spot to get stuff done. I did wait over a day to get my surgery, and had to wait in the ER, but they made me comfortable. Everyone I met was kind and patient..Shout out to my ER nurses, my OR nurse, Nicole, and Day nurse,Meagan ( and student nurse! Youll be a great nurse!! ). My surgeon was wonderful as well. The hospital was clean and efficiant from the moment I walked in. For someone who'd never been in an ER, the process was easy and stress free. Thank you OC MemorialCare.
