MemorialCare Medical Group - Fountain Valley (Warner)

I feel the care Dr. LIBERMAN gives to me. The only thing I don't like is it s hard to make appointment with Dr. LIBERMAN. She answers my questions and never rushing to other patients. I like Dr.Liberman and her staffs and other doctors,staffs work at this FV . I feel very relax to go this FV medical center. The environment here is very friendly and care . My family and I have been with this location for over 20 years. I like this place because it has everything when you need: lab, xray, ultra sound, urgent care...The room is big and have 2 chairs for patient and a family member. I feel very disappointed since this place has no urgent care, no xray anymore. They should keep urgent care at this location rather than other location such as Irvine because FV here has more patients and a big parking lots and every thing. I feel I should look for other place if they don't change back as before. I went to urgent care in Irvine last week because this FV doesn't have urgent care anymore. I am very disappointed and don't like this Irvine urgent care location. The parking lots is too crowded because it is next to other restaurants, facilities.. The room for patient to wait is so small and has just one chair. My husband doesn't have a chair to sit; he had to stand the whole 1 hour and 20 mins in the waiting room because the nurse brought us in the waiting room too early. I just have major surgery because I had a problem so I needed to go this urgent care. I stayed in there over an hour I felt I can't breathe in there. I hope this Irvine urgent care needs to improve about the care for patients . The nurse took me in the room Iooked like I bothered him because I came late Friday night; not friendly , not welcome as at Fountain Valley where I go. The nurse tooked us in there very early eventhough 4 other patients before I when I checked in front office. I like my doctor Dr.Liberman, My son's doctor, staffs and I hope this FV facility bring back urgent care, xray.... if not I might looking for other places. Thank you

The physician is incredibly approachable and empathetic. He genuinely dedicates time to hear your concerns. After two years of struggling to be acknowledged by other doctors, he listened and helped me receive a diagnosis. I had cancer, and he was the sole individual who was prepared to hear my story. I cannot adequately express how remarkable this man is.

Dr. Widjaja was very warm, thorough, kind and helped our child feel better addressing the concerns going on. He was very professional and polite and provided a clear diagnosis and instructions for follow up. We were glad to be able to easily get an appointment and received great care.

Erik Bekemeier DO; Very good doctor, easy to talk to and listened to my issues and symptoms. Developed a plan of attack and ordered lab testing and x-rays immediately. I was finished with my exam, lab work, and x-rays within 2 hours. Excellent use of my time. He is definitely my new family doctor.

I like that they are always punctual for our appointments, we never have to wait long in the lobby. We can take our time gathering our belongings or soothing a crying baby in the patient room without being rushed out. They're always willing to answer as many questions as we have. And I love that they wrote our daughter's name with a happy face on the patient table paper that was so sweet!
