Dr Tran is an excellent Cardiologist. He goes above and beyond. First appointment I had with him he noticed how much I was wheezing and wrote a note to my primary care Dr about getting me a referral for a pulmonologist. He also had me use nebulizer for an albuterol treatment. He also has scheduled me for several different tests over the past year to make sure my heart is working well. I find him easy to talk to and like the fact that he is thorough with cardiology as well noticing if there is anything else wrong even if he wouldn't be the Dr in charge of taking care of it. He noticed that I needed some antibiotics for an infection I had once and prescribed them for me instead of making go to my primary care provider. That saved me alot of time and effort. I suggest if you need a good cardiologist go to Dr Tran.

My dad had a stroke and wanted to see the doctor after discharging from the hospital. We had an appointment at 4 and arrive at 4:07 because of some traffic. The woman at the front desk told us that our appointment was canceled. She even told us that appointments would be canceled even after 1 minute late for any reason. That's totally heartless. I have been to many offices and no one ever canceled appointment just because of a few minutes late. We used to wait at least 30 minutes to an hour before doctor sees us. This is just none sense.

Staff provided poor services to patient. Untruthful, unprofessional manners toward patient. Did not listen to patient's side of story. Dr. Tran should pay more attention to his staff's behavior. I request to see to another cardiologist before I could Dr. Tran in person.
