Local Fallbrook MD who lives and works in Fallbrook, treats every patient as an individual. I am not surprised Dr. Frank Winton only has 5-star reviews. I moved to Fallbrook from Orange County nearly 10 years ago, and I have been hesitant about transitioning to a local Primary Care Physician (PCP)/general practitioner MD. Some of my friends and family members suggested I give up the 60-minute drive each way to OC when there is a 100% qualified, capable, trained, and knowledgeable MD right here in our Friendly Village. The Good Stuff The parking lot is big! The seating area is clean and comfortable. The office staff are all very friendly and professional. They didn't keep me waiting. In fact, we went back early. He is part of a larger group (Graybill Med Group/Palomar Health). He takes his time and is not rushed to get you in and out. At least not today. We actually went through my health history in more detail than any other doctor I have ever seen. He addressed my concerns and made suggestions. If you are like me and picky about the healthcare professionals on your team, you won't be disappointed. TY Dr. Winton and team for standing out as one of Fallbrook's finest! And for helping my in-laws with their medical needs since moving here from Florida. They love you, too!

I had him years and years ago. He is not my current doctor but out of all the doctors I've had he has been the best. He was always so patient and kind and helped me out with all my medical needs.

Dr. Winton, he is a down to earth kind of guy! I very much enjoyed meeting and conversing with him. It made my visit and procedure a breeze. The front office and back office staff are super friendly and attentive, making my whole experience well worth the visit! What a great team effort! Thank you!

Dr. Winton is amazing. As long as he's practicing, I will never go to another doctor. He never rushes, and really takes the time to listen to you. He's personable, honest, and as genuine as they come. It's rare to find a doctor that combines such personal touches and care for a patient as a person, in addition to the outstanding quality of medical care he provides. Hands down, best doctor ever.
