I recommend seeing Dr. Huang and PA Tambra. They are the best! Compassionate and they take their time with you. The front desk team, Yessi and Josie are a ray of sunshine - always so helpful and cheerful!

Scheduled my yearly physical with Graybill a few weeks ago with no issues. Had my appointment today and was very happy with the staff, their efficiency, and pleasant demeanor. My appointment was right on time and Dr Winton was very patient in answering my many questions. I recommend to give them a try if you had some struggles over the last year or so, from my perspective today they're all good.....I had a great experience!

We have used Graybill for decades in our family. Both Fallbrook and Escondido locations. Not once have we had any negative experiences, only good. Dr. Petersen is a gem, as well as many others in Fallbrook. We are very grateful to have this group, and for Petersen to treat our kids and us alike. Thankful the cyber attack issues and relationship with PH has been handled - long year for everyone! Cheers to moving forward and getting back to normal.

There was an issue with my insurance and Yessy gave me the steps to clear it up and talked to the nurses to get me seen! Really appreciated it!

Dr Winton is great! He is the exception though. Everything else about this place is terrible. In the last 3 years they have been the victims of at least two major cyber attacks meaning all your private medical and identity information will probably be stolen at some point. The front end staff doesn't seem to know how to operate without their computers. Their capabilities change from day to day and you can't even call in and make an appointment. Save yourself the hassle and stay away.
