Fallbrook Medical Center: Family Practice Urgent Care

I've been going here for years and have always had really positive experiences with both Dr. Berrios and Dr. Laura Albergo and everybody at Fallbrook Medical Center. They seem to really care, and are very compassionate. I highly recommend them!

I've been coming here for almost a year, and I can honestly say the staff is always kind, patient, and helpful. Check-in is simple and quick, and the waiting room is always clean and comfortable. I come in for vitamin shots, which are easy, affordable, and given with real care by the nurse. I'm so grateful I found Fallbrook Medical Center and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality, compassionate care.

Absolutely unprofessional staff. Called to schedule an appointment and the staff were really unprofessional, they didn't inform me that I could walk in despite me explaining the urgency of my situation. I made an appointment and I wish I could say it went better but it did not. The clinic is full of pseudo scientific and religious pamphlets that exploit people in distress. The appointment went fine despite my discomfort and the extreme lack of confidence I had. Grateful for the updated prescriptions that I desperately needed, I went to the pharmacy and found out the clinic sent incomplete information and did not include all of the medication. I called again and their staff blamed my insurance, blamed me, blamed the pharmacy. They wouldn't just admit they messed up or try to fix it. I went back to the clinic and they realized they made a mistake and claimed to fix it. They didn't. There were still mistakes but I was finally able to get some of the meds that I needed. i eventually got it straightened out but whoever answers their phones is incredibly unprofessional. The entire clinic is poorly run and disorganized. If you're in need of urgent care, do not come here.

My mom has been a patient of Dr C for years now. The team really cares for their patients a lot. The staff are so friendly jice and attentive. This is both for medical and dental. Keep up the good work
