Heather Shenkman, M.D.

Dr. Shenkman is an excellent doctor. She took the necessary time to answer all my questions and is addressing my issues. I have been looking for a local female cardiologist for some time, and I feel fortunate to have found her. Her staff is pleasant, kind and most helpful. Her practice is a keeper.

I had a FABULOUS experience at Dr. Shenkman's office. Everyone was very nice and attentive. I asked lots of questions and everyone was patient and listened to my fears and Dr. Shenkman used a model to show me what me heart is doing. I loved that. I am feel much better and have a better understanding of my condition.

Strongly recommended. Clean and modern facilities. Always prompt with appointments. Her staff is a definite reflection of her practice, caring, courteous and professional at all times.

This review is not for Dr. Shenkman. She gets a 5 star for her own professional expertise. This review is for Maria at the front desk. She has no idea what customer service is and should not be dealing with people at front desk at all! Mind you i was the first patient of the day and that was her attitude, i would hate to be the last patient of the day!

Professional and answered all the questions I had, very important to have a great front desk and they are one of the best I have came across. Looking forward to seeing them in a week and again in August.
