It is now 2024 and the doctor treats you differently for wanting an in person consult. He mainly uses facetime to conduct his visits which is clearly not the same as in person. When you specifically asked to be seen in person he acts like youre waisting his time. It is upsetting that a federal employee that pays so much money towards insurance get treated this way. The office and rooms are disgusting and uncleaned. Very unprofessional. Will be reporting to the board. Look elsewhere.
I have been a patient of Dr Maloof for lots of years and he is an excellent Doctor. He really cares for his patients and although I have never written a review I felt I should. Thank you Dr Maloof and his nurse too Mary, excellent DUO!
If I could give zero stars I would. Dr Maloof is a joke. He DOES NOT care about his patients. Do NOT go here!! If you need a doctor PLEASE go see Dr Zadeh.
