I highly don't recommended this place at ALL. My grandpa had a follow up and the front desk is horrible. This place is only getting worse and worse with their patient care, on top the wait to see the cardiologist is 2-3 hours. My grandpa is a very sick patient so we are definitely taking his care elsewhere. When asked regarding the wait time the old chubby lady in front named "adriene " gave me the nastiest attitude. She also treated and was harassing the receptionist who was helping us very bad. Its sad to see how a place like this is still open, extremely unprofessional. I'm not sure what happened to the guy who used to be manager but obviously their new management is extremely toxic and out of control. This is no place for elderly patients who have heart issues, I will be reporting this to the board and their treatment towards their staff.

They changed doctors and unfortunately I don't remember the doctors name that did my vein ablation but he was very kind because many times I say God bless to people and they don't say it back. He was humble and said it back. The place is very busy so when you call to make appointment, its like a month or more out that your going to be seen. My healing was very long like a little over 4 months because the vein that was cut had hardened up and it felt like a knott which was uncomfortable. The doctor told me I was going recover in a few weeks but that wasn't the case with me. The place is clean and the staff was professional. My leg is healed. I have no more heaviness or pressure or tingling in my leg due to bad vein.

My husband and I come from over an hour away only to have our appointments cancelled with no prior warning and no explanation as to why. No access to doctors to even complain of the absolute ineptitude of that office staff. We are at our wits end because between the both of us they have cancelled 6 of our appointments in the last 6 weeks, I am hard pressed to believe that office staff gatekeep us from the doctors knowing what is going on there. We like the doctors but the staff are incompetent, my husband had open heart surgery 6 months ago and needs to see the doctor but today when we went to his 9 am appointment they had cancelled it and did not try to work him in. As we we're waiting to find out if they were going to work him in 2 more patients were complaining about their appts being cancelled.
